The Energy Regulatory Commission and the School of Energy of the Mongolian University of Science and Technology are organizing the 11th “Energy Conservation Manager Training” as part of required to implement the Law on Energy Efficiency. The 11th training is conducted in accordance with the program approved by the Energy Regulatory Commission in October 2020, and a total of 23 people (22 of them are responsible consumer engineers) are participating in the training to become energy conservation managers.
"The training on energy conservation manager training" has three main parts: classroom training, practice and examination. It is organized in accordance with the “Procedure for organizing, issuing and revoking certificates for training of energy auditors and energy conservation managers” approved by the Government Resolution No. 295 of 2016. The training is open to energy and construction engineers, architects, bachelors of engineering and economics and above, and requires at least 3 years of professional experience.
