The Energy Regulatory Commission, in cooperation with the Education Department of the Capital City, has been successfully teaching “Energy Conservation and Efficiency” to primary school students and instructors since 2017. On November 6, 2020, the Energy Regulatory Commission and the Education Department of the Capital City jointly organized a training for 33 teachers from 11 schools in 9 districts of the capital city.
During the training, the issues of identifying the advantages and disadvantages of teaching “Energy Conservation and Efficiency”, improving the prospectus, and developing further teaching methods were discussed. In addition, a working group will be established to prepare a prospectus to implement the content of “Energy Conservation and Efficiency” to be included in the prospectus of primary schools, and to develop training materials, manuals and recommendations.
