The Ministry of Nature, Environment and Tourism has been organizing the “Green Technology” event every year since 2013 in order to increase public awareness of green technology, importance, and to promote environmentally friendly products. This year's event was successfully held from October 2 to 3 at the Blue Sky Hotel and focused on energy efficiency, home and house insulation, renewable energy, wastewater treatment, recycling, and eco-sanitation, waste recycling technology, energy efficient green technology, “Green loan” implemented by XacBank, Khan Bank and State Bank were introduced to businesses, investors and the public.
The Energy Regulatory Commission has been participating in this traditional event since 2018. At this year's event, Ts. Atarjargal, Director of the Energy Conservation Department, made a presentation on the implementation of the Energy Conservation Law and energy efficiency, also provided information to businesses, investors and the public those who participated in the “Green Technology Support”. The Energy Regulatory Commission also organized an event to introduce energy-labeled products in cooperation with household, electrical goods companies.
