Designated consumers and those who exceed their annual energy consumption which set by the Government are required to submit their energy saving action plans and its implementation to the Energy Conservation Department by annually.
In September 19, 2019, Resolution No. 419 of t he Energy Regulatory Commission approved the "Methodology for evaluating the report of energy saving activities of designated consumers". Designated consumer' energy saving activity reports will be evaluated annually in accordance with the approved methodolgy with up to 100 points on 7 key indicators.
