The Energy Regulatory Commission, in cooperation with the Energy Regulatory Board and the Department of Education and Culture of Dornod aimag, successfully organized a training of "Energy saving-rational use" on November 7-8, 2019 in the aimag.
40 training managers of secondary schools of Dornod province were participated in the Training program. The training curriculum was legal environment of industrial and energy saving, energy saving and efficient use, theoritical-practical-travel training courses such as improving the program, reviewing and evaluate, getting acquinted with Dornod thermal power plant operation, and they received certificates at the end of the course.
The trained managers will introduce the "energy saving and efficient use" training program to the teachers of their respective schools, and will introduce the energy saving and efficiency to teachers, students and parents in the province.
During the event, a demonstration of a comparison of energy-saving light bulbs from the Dornod Region Energy System was presented, and the participants' questions were answered and the event was openly advertised.
